Story

Being fit and healthy is something we all take for granted until you are hit with a cruel and debilitating disease like Motor Neurone Disease, which is simply devastating.

We have lost 2 close family friends to this horrible disease: Alan Smith in 2018 and Debbie Hayhurst this year.

The MNDA provides support to families whose loved ones are suffering with MND, like Debbie and Alan, and are at the forefront of scientific research that aims to find a cure for this horrific disease.

On 6th April, I will be taking part in the 50KM Easter Challenge, raising money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association, where I will be walking 32 miles to raise funds for this amazing charity.

One challenge isn't enough for me, so on 18th May, I will also be taking part in my second 50KM, the Jurassic Coast challenge. I hope to double my sponsorship in completing both challenges.

Please join me in showing your support for the great work that the MNDA does by sponsoring me to complete both challenges. All donations would be greatly appreciated
