This is my first ever run for charity and I’m doing this for St Wilfrid’s Hospice as although I’m now retired from my role there I still care deeply about the amazing work the team do.

Update 13th September-I’m overwhelmed with the support so far, thank you all. Training continues according to the plan, even involving trips to the gym on holiday for the treadmill!
