The Lake District is one of the most beautiful areas in the UK, filled with breathtaking mountain views and valleys – The days will be long and the trekking really tough, but the rewards of hiking into the heart of this amazing National Park.

Raising funds for CRISIS

Crisis work directly with thousands of homeless people every year. Crisis provide vital help so that people can rebuild their lives and are supported out of homelessness for good. They offer one to one support, advice and courses for homeless people in 12 areas across England, Scotland and Wales.

How they help someone depends on their individual needs and situation. It could be with finding a home and settling in, getting new skills and finding a job, or help with their health and wellbeing.

CRISIS use research to find out how best to improve their services, but also to find wider solutions to homelessness. Together with homeless people and Crisis supporters, we campaign for the changes needed to end homelessness for good.

I have the opportunity to take part in this 24 Peak challenge that’s set in my favourite place to visit and explore.

We all take for granted, from time to time, our surroundings and our comforts. Our homes and families! How would you feel if this was not the case? No where to sleep, have a bath, feel safe and comfortable!

FUNDING FOR CRISIS is going to help vulnerable homeless people so they get the right support, help them in the best way and don’t have to face homelessness again.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT
