Buddy and I are taking part in the Canter for a Cure challenge this September. After a few months off, Buds and I are working on our fitness together and look forwards to completing 100km in September. On each ride I will be thinking of the lovely children and young adults and their families who have a diagnosis of cancer that I have been lucky enough to meet. Their bravery and honesty is always amazing.

We are trying to get a head start on this so please don’t wait until September if you’d like to donate to this fantastic cause! This is what the Bone Cancer Research Trust say:

Every 10 minutes another child, teenager or adult is diagnosed with this brutal disease. All funds raised by our supporters will be put to use in all four areas of our work, not least to help to fund pioneering research to find a cure for this rare but brutal disease. We are investigating new treatments and 100% of our research is dedicated to primary bone cancer.
