We provide bursaries, grants & mentoring to help young people study accountancy

Story

Over the course of the next few months 25 people, including me, will be undertaking personal challenges to raise £1000 each to support the ICAS Foundation. Together we are the "Foundation 25"!

Although we are encouraging family and friends to donate we have a secondary target that at least 10 of our sponsors are CAs from our personal networks. So collectively we hope to raise £25k and engage 250 CAs.

I have chosen to cycle 100 miles solo despite a recent MRI scan showing a fractured patellar and serious ligament damage in my left knee! There's nothing like a challenge to focus the mind on physio and recovery.....just don't let my physiotherapist know I'm doing this!!

The ICAS Foundation supports academically talented students from disadvantaged communities who want to study accountancy and finance at university, offering bursary funding, personal mentors and support in obtaining internships and graduate jobs. In recent years over 95% of our students graduated with a 1st class or upper second honours degree. Our students are seriously smart people!

Please help me either by making a donation to this fundraiser and/or by encouraging any CAs in your network to support me or one of my fellow Foundation 25 fundraisers.

Thank you!!

PS If you donate anonymously please send me a private message on LinkedIn as I would like to thank you personally.
