I am raising money for this charity because one of my university friends sadly got diagnosed with an incurable form of brain cancer, this fund will help support research.

I've also set the challenged of running my first 10k to start my fitness journey.

Brain tumors are indiscriminate and kill more people under the age of 40 than any other cancer. With more than 130 different types researching a cure is extremely complicated. Astro Brain Cancer Fund looks at the sub class of low-grade gliomas. A slow growing yet deadly group of tumours that cannot currently be cured by modern methods. Research into these tumours is limited but promising, with help from generous donations it is genuinely believed that breakthroughs in treatment can be achieved
