In January 2024, i will be participating in a sporting event called "2024 Squats in January" to raise funds for Help for Heroes. This charity provides life-changing services to veterans and their families who face their toughest battles yet - painful injuries, mental trauma, disability, and isolation. They need our support to receive specialist care for life. By fundraising for Help for Heroes, we can make a difference in the lives of those who have sacrificed so much for our country.

We cannot imagine the struggles that these brave men and women have faced, but we can empathize with their pain and offer our support. They deserve the best care possible, and that is what Help for Heroes provides. We are inspired by their strength and resilience, and we want to do everything we can to help them.
