Well… since he was 5 days old my nephew Isaac has been cared for at this fantastic hospital. He was diagnosed with advanced chronic kidney disease at birth, he has had one kidney removed and will require a transplant on the remaining kidney. The hospital have cared for Isaac and our family in ways we could never have imagined so we want to give back what we can by undertaking this challenging ride.
