raised of £500 target
Event: BUPA Royal Parks Challenge, on 27 September 2024
Project 500 is a movement to raise £500,000 for Mind Over Mountains by June 2025, to significantly grow our charity so we can support more people with their mental health across the UK, through therapeutic outdoor experiences.

Story

Mental health is such an important topic and affects everyone in some way either from their own personal experiences or through someone they know.

On the 27th September, I will be taking part in the London Royal Parks challenge where we will be walking 28 miles!

Mind Over Mountains is a ground-breaking charity helping people overcome mental health challenges through therapeutic outdoor experiences. Our specialist wellbeing walks and retreats bring together professionally guided hill-walking, mindfulness, and quality time with experienced coaches and counsellors.

- £30 can help fund a set of coaching cards to be used on one of the retreats.

- £60 can helps an individual receive coaching or counselling sessions.

Please donate whatever you can to help a great cause!
