My name is Alia. After hearing and seeing what is going on in Türkiye, I have taken it upon myself to organise bake sales for Islamic Help’s Türkiye Earthquake Emergency Appeal.

In the early hours of Tuesday morning (06/02/2023), Türkiye was struck by a huge earthquake that killed over 9000 people and left thousands injured. For only £25 you can provide vital emergency relief to those affected.

Our brothers and sisters have been left distraught and with their hearts broken as they have lost their homes and their families

“Our team in Turkey is delivering essential emergency aid to those most in need. From food and blankets to mattresses, tents and winter clothing, we aim to provide as much aid and support as quickly as possible to affected families”.

Here's how you can help:

Donate £25 – Emergency Relief for 1 Person

Donate £75 – Emergency Relief for 3 Person

Donate £150 – Emergency Relief for 6 Person

Donate £450 – Emergency Relief for 18 Person

Donate £1000 – Emergency Relief for 40 Person

Every £25 donated will allow us to provide emergency relief aid to at least one person, this could be food, hygiene kits, a mattress and shelter or winter clothing.

Collection from N1 postcode only. Alternatively, it can be collected from a fundraising stall from The London Muslim Centre, East London this Friday 10th Feb and the 24th Feb from 5pm in sha Allah.
