We support young people at risk of suicide to stay safe and find hope in times of need

Story

On 3/4/2023 I lost my beautiful, 16 year old son Alfie to suicide. No young person or family should have to experience such immense pain. On 15th July 2023 myself and Lee will be abseiling down the side of Anfield to raise money, and awareness, for Papyrus and support the wonderful work they do. Alfie was a life long Liverpool fan and Anfield was one of his favourite places to be! We went to most home games so it seemed only fitting to choose Anfield for our event! You’ll never walk alone our beloved Alfie!!!

Any donations would be gratefully received and go straight to Papyrus in Alfie's name.

PAPYRUS is the national Charity for the Prevention of Young Suicide.

Suicide is the biggest killer of young people under the age of 35 in the UK, in 2018 over 1800 young people took their own lives. PAPYRUS provides confidential support and advice to young people struggling with thoughts of suicide, and anyone worried about a young person through their helpline, HOPELINEUK.

Every £5 raised can help pay for a life-saving contact to HOPELINEUK. Your donations really are lifesaving, thank you.
