Story

Join us in supporting Alfie and Kaiden as they embark on an inspiring cycling adventure from their cherished Crewe Alexandra to Tranmere Rovers, covering nearly 50 miles! These remarkable Year 7 students have taken on this challenge as a heartfelt act of kindness to raise vital funds for their local hospice.

This journey, scheduled for Saturday, 26th April, coincides with the Crewe Alexandra vs Tranmere match later that day. It promises to be a test of pure strength and determination, and your encouragement can make all the difference in helping them succeed.

Alfie and Kaiden’s efforts are dedicated to supporting St Luke’s, a remarkable charity that has been providing palliative care to local residents since 1988. St Luke’s goes above and beyond NHS funding to offer a broad range of support, from end-of-life care on their ward to assisting carers, helping children cope with grief, and enabling patients to return to work post-illness. Last year alone, they supported over 1,000 local individuals.

As a charity, St Luke’s relies on the generosity and commitment of supporters for more than 80% of its funding. By supporting Alfie and Kaiden, you are contributing to a cause that provides invaluable, free care to those in need.

Let’s rally together to cheer on Alfie and Kaiden on this commendable endeavour and help them make a meaningful impact in their community!
