My nephew Russell Mills passed in July 2019. Russell passed due to Multiple System Atrophy ( MSA).

This was probably my first question when I heard he was suffering from what I now know is a horrible, debilitating and cruel condition.

Russell was a Husband, Father and recently became a Grandfather, though due to MSA he wasn’t able to meet his granddaughter.

On the 29th April 2023 I will be walking the Camino walk from Porto through to Santiago de Compostela. I am wanting to raise awareness and money for this little known but horrific condition in the hope that a cure can be found one day.
