For those who don’t know, I’m running the Manchester Marathon (my first Marathon) this Sunday 16th April. I have never done anything like this so it’s going to be some test!

Lots of you keep asking and I have left it till the last hour (no surprise) to set up this fundraising page to raise money for the charity that has been very helpful to our family over the last year.

Cancer Support Yorkshire are a Bradford based, local charity and support group who as well as helping our family, continue to help local people we know and love get through the battle of Cancer with practical and emotional support.

I appreciate times are tough so any donation to a charity where every donation counts and could, or have previously helped you or your loved ones would be so rewarding to them and may just be that very needed push to get me through the final miles my legs have never reached, and still not a clue how they will (last run nearly killed me) 

I’m setting myself a tough target to complete my first marathon in a good time! All being well 👀
