Story
I'm REALLY excited to be part of the team of 8 attempting to create the World Record for the greatest distance skied by a team of seated skiers in 8 hours. As well as aiming to set a new World Record, we will also be raising funds for DSUK.
As you may have seen, I have regular ski lessons with the brilliant DSUK and I'm getting pretty good at it!
Without the help of DSUK, I would never have had the opportunity to get out on the snow and take part in such a great sport. I love the freedom and the independence that I get when I'm on the slopes, things my severe quadriplegic cerebral palsy normally stops me from experiencing.
Please support our team and DSUK by helping us raise vital funds so that more kids like me can experience the adrenalin rush of skiing!!!
Thank you
Alex
