only my other half but also my greatest support, and out plans to merried and build a future

together seemed closer than ever. But life had different plans for us.

Recently, we received devastating news that completely changed everything we thought we knew about our future.

My girlfriend urgently need a major surgery in order to survive. It is a complex expensive procedure, one that cannot be
