For my birthday this year, I’ll be taking part in the Big Dip - diving into freezing cold waters on Sunday 1st December, all in support of Sue Ryder Hospice 🏊‍♀️

The care my dad received at Sue Ryder was nothing short of incredible. The staff were supportive and caring beyond measure, so giving something back to the organisation that made my Dad’s last days so comfortable will really mean a lot 💙
