On April 6th, myself and my sister-in-law (Alex) and wife (Lindsey) will be taking part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon. Our team name is Chafing for Charity and we’re going to do exactly that!

We will be running to support the charity Mind, in memory of Travis Rogers.

Too many people are affected by mental health, and we want to do as much as we can to ensure that those who are struggling are able to access the support they need.
