Story

I cycled as a kid and took up cycling again as an adult as a way to get fit, get out into nature and to reduce stress... but it's also a good way to go long distances, climb unpleasant hills and raise money for good causes!

My youngest son and I have been getting into football recently, and I'm cycling for Crystal Palace's Palace for Life Foundation. It has been working with young people for over 25 years, using the power of sport and Crystal Palace to change the lives of young people within our community, particularly the most hard-to-reach and hard-to-help.

Growing up in south London has never been tougher but we are in a unique position to drive positive change. Palace for Life works in schools and the community, inspiring young people to find a better path and to lead a healthier life. Your donations will directly support their work and make a real impact, for real people.
