Walking together to prevent infection

As CEO of the Infection Prevention Society (IPS), I’m walking 1,084 miles over the course of 2025 – the equivalent of walking from Land’s End to John o’Groats – to raise vital funds for IPS. This challenge is part of our "Walking Together to Prevent Infection" campaign, and I’d love for you to join me in supporting this important cause.
Infection prevention and control is critical to healthcare, not just in hospitals but across all health and care settings. The IPS works tirelessly to promote best practices, provide education, and advocate for policies that prevent infections, safeguard patients, and save lives. Your support will help the IPS continue this vital work, improving patient safety and reducing the burden of preventable infections across the UK.
Whether you choose to walk, donate, or spread the word, your involvement will help make a meaningful difference.
Thank you for supporting IPS’s mission and for walking with us in spirit. Together, we can prevent infections and ensure safer care for everyone.
Together, we can make a significant impact in preventing infections and creating a healthier, safer world. Thank you for supporting us in this important mission!
