As we all know, life can be incredibly challenging, especially in the current climate. That's why we have decided to take action and support The Benevolent Fund of ICE by participating in the Bath & Bristol Railway Races. Our natural restlessness led us to create this challenge - a marathon that will not only test our physical limits but also raise awareness and funds for this important cause. The event is set to take place on October 20, 2024, and our goal is to raise £1,000 for the charity. The route promises a picturesque journey through the countryside and into the heart of Bristol, with historical references to the railway's heritage along the way. We are determined to make a difference, with Alex running and Meg pushing in a wheelchair. Join us in this endeavor as we strive to make a positive impact on the Civil Engineering community.
