Alex's fundraiser for Brain Tumour Research

Wear a Hat Day · 27 March 2025
What is Wear A Hat Day?
Wear A Hat Day is Brain Tumour Research’s annual event raising money to bring hope to brain tumour patients and their families. Every March, as Brain Tumour Awareness Month comes to a close, people from all walks of life put on their favourite hat at work, in school, with friends and family, and hold hat-themed events and make donations to help find a cure for brain tumours, which kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer.
I am fundraising for Brain Tumour Research as they are the only national charity dedicated to funding long-term, sustainable research in the UK. Please help me fund the fight. Together we will find a cure.
Bolton Council has agreed to light Bolton Town Hall & Chorley Council has agreed also to light Chorley Town Hall Clock on Thursday 28th March. Thank you to both Councils and the Council leaders who agreed this. I will be wearing my hat on 28th March at the Town Halls hoping to lights work
