Story

We are running the 2024 London Marathon (Eeek!). We are both excited and petrified in equal measures. We know how hard running 26.2 miles can be and really wanted to make it especially worthwhile by using the opportunity to raise funds for charity.

We chose the Lullaby trust, a charity that saves babies' lives and supports bereaved families.

Around 3 babies a week still die from sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), The Lullaby Trust is committed to bringing that number down to zero.

we will be raising awareness and funds that will be helping families who have lost a baby to receive specialist help, funding research to prevent more babies from dying suddenly and unexpectedly, and allowing more parents to receive advice on safer baby sleep.

As a Midwife and Parent this is a charity that is not only close to our hearts, but whose excellent work i see in practice every day.

Your kind support is crucial to creating a future where no baby dies suddenly and unexpectedly. The Lullaby Trust is reliant on voluntary donations so your generosity really does helps save lives.
