Age Exchange run day programmes and other activities for people living with dementia and their carers , offering music and art and exercise activities in an atmosphere of acceptance, camaraderie and laughter. My Mum and Dad benefitted hugely from their programmes in Blackheath Village prior to my mum going into Glebe Court in June 2023. Like all charities, Age Exchange struggle with finances and I would like to do all I can to help raise some funds so they can continue this vital work
