We have supported the Owen McVeigh Foundation for six years now, raising thousands of pounds in the process. Spencer has helped with bucket collections, Quid for a Kid to fundraise for the Lakes Peacock Lodge, helped at the annual Christmas party & has helped drum up support for the foundation with his mum and a few famous faces in that time.

In Jan 2023 I broke my leg and ankle in a “catastrophic injury” which took 6.5 hrs of surgery to fix. I’ve been in rehab since & this Dad & Lad challenge is our goal to raise as much money as possible by doing the 3 National Peaks in 24 hrs - Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike & Snowdon. Our challenge takes place May 10-12 !

So why do this? Well in the time we have known Mark & Jo, we’ve been inspired how they do so much for poorly children with leukaemia & other childhood cancers in memory of Owen.

So please dig as deep as you can. I know times are tough but every penny donated goes to help support children & their families have special lifetime memories created when they need them most.
