I am cycling from my home in Dumfries to Ullapool, over a 10 day period in September 2023 covering approximately 520 miles to raise money for Dementia UK, in support of my father who has been diagnosed with vascular dementia and now requires daily care. The route will take in a night with my parents in Rosyth, then a series of places which we visited as a family on holiday during my formative years.
