At Women Who Code (WWCode), our mission is to empower diverse women to excel in technology careers. We envision a tech industry where diverse women and historically excluded people thrive at every level.

Women make up just 26% of engineering roles and 9% of senior tech leadership. Lack of representation causes "imposter syndrome" and increased sexual harassment.

Our goal is to retain and elevate diverse women technologists by providing access to much needed leadership and technical resources, community, mentorship, and scholarship.
