Story

<NEWSFLASH>

New date announcement! The abseil is now happening on Monday 23rd September. Fingers crossed for good weather…

Our late nephew Finley's sense of fun and adventure is something we want to celebrate, so we have been volunteered to go abseiling - certainly an adventure, we'll tell you if it was fun afterwards.

Finley's Touch officially launched on Finley's 9th Birthday, 7th July 2022. We support children diagnosed with cancer in Great Ormond Street Hospital in London as well as hospitals across Surrey, Sussex and Kent.

The charity's mission is to supply 'Hospital Survival Bags', spreading fun, happiness and hope through a long admission, and we also provide financial grants to families undergoing cancer treatment.

We have been blown away by the generosity people have shown so far (especially the Independent Company and We Have Ways listeners) so it's time to do our bit.

So on 22nd August Eleanor and I will be jumping off the doughnut on the prong on the seafront at Brighton, strings attached.
