Amelia, Karl, James and Kaveh abseil the WORLD'S HIGHEST stand alone abseil tower for the Bodie Hodges Foundation

National Lift Tower Abseil · 12 August 2023
The Bodie Hodges Foundation is a local Leicestershire based charity that supports families who have been bereaved of a child. The charity was established in 2013 by Nick and Donna Hodges after the death of their ten-month-old son Bodie. They wanted to offer support to other bereaved families as their experience highlighted how isolating losing a child was.
The charity has now become well-regarded regionally for its sensitive, effective professional bereavement services and support groups to adults and children in their darkest hour of grief.
Amelia, Karl, James and Kaveh will be facing abseiling down the National Lift Tower on the 12th August 2023. It's based in Northampton is an iconic feat of architecture. At a staggering 418 feet, it is now the largest abseil tower in the world.
It's a huge challenge and we are sure there will be tears and nerves, but ultimately elation to complete such a scary task. Every penny will be donated to the Bodie Hodges Foundation for the amazing work that they do.
