My heart aches as I share my personal journey with you. Both my dad and father in law have been affected by strokes, forever altering their lives. My dad, once vibrant and full of life, now struggles to speak and is paralyzed on his right side. It's heartbreaking to witness his frustration and the limitations he faces every day. And tragically, my Father In-Law sadly passed away after having a stroke.

But we refuse to let these devastating experiences define us. That's why with the backing of VMS LTD were participating in the National 3 Peaks Challenge, a personal trek that will push us to our limits physically and mentally. By taking on this challenge, we hope to raise funds for Stroke Research, an organization dedicated to finding better treatments and ultimately preventing strokes.

Strokes can happen to anyone at any time, and the impact is far-reaching. The funds we raise will support vital research that can improve the lives of stroke survivors like my dad and prevent others from experiencing this devastating condition.
