Story

My Naini (Welsh for grandma) passed away last year after such a brave battle with Lymphoma. Naini was 76. She was a loving Naini, Mum, wife, and friend to many. I miss her every day. I used to ring her all the time and tell her all about what I was getting up to at university and ask how she was getting on. St Kentigern, in St Asaph, looked after Naini and made sure she was comfortable before she passed away.

My family has already donated what they could. Now it’s my turn to give back. I hope through documenting my training I can spread my story in hopes I can give even a little bit back to St Kentigern in memory of my beloved Naini. Despite my lack of experience I have some very good people around me to support me and I know I can do this. BRING ON IRONMAN COPENHAGEN AND WEYMOUTH!
