My friends and I are gearing up for a challenging mountain bike event, and we’re doing it for a cause that’s incredibly close to our hearts. I'm raising money for the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association. This cause is particularly personal to me because I have recently been diagnosed with MND.

I am determined to carry on as normal, as much as I am able to. I'm still working and undertaking my favourite hobbies of Lego and cycling. I've recently cycled along the Normandy coast visiting the D-Day beaches and museums whilst I still can.

The funds we raise will support the incredible work of the hospice and help drive research to find a cure for MND. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a huge difference.
