Running the Cambridge Half Marathon for the RSPCA

Cambridge Half Marathon 2025 · 9 March 2025 ·
I'll try to keep this short and simple:
Most of you who know me know that I love animals. I've grown up with a mother who has dedicated a lot of her life to cat rescue, while Izzy and I both have a couple rescues of our own.
The RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) is the predominant charity in the UK dedicated to rescuing animals from cruelty and neglect, and is the oldest charity in the world when it comes to doing this good work. So when the opportunity came up to do a charity run for them, in Cambridge of all places, I couldn't pass it up.
I've never run more than 10k before, so running twice that amount is definitely a challenge for me. I can't promise to get an amazing time, but I can promise to finish it, and can promise that everything you donate will go to the RSPCA.
So, if you love animals like me, respect the work of the RSPCA, or just want to do something nice for me, please donate whatever amount you can!
Thank you,
Adrian
