Pakistan faces many challenges, and I agree it can feel overwhelming sometimes. But, the Graham Layton Trust is testament to how thousands of small acts of charity can improve millions of lives.

Today, more than 26 million people are blind or visually impaired and many know they will never be able to save enough money to pay for treatment for their deteriorating eyesight. At GLT, we see the huge benefits of making eyecare free and accessible to the poor and underprivileged in Pakistan. That small act of support now can save families from poverty because they can continue to work and sustain themselves.

That’s why this year I am joining Team GLT on their 25k trek along the South Coast to raise funds for free eye care in Pakistan and hope you will make a donation of any amount to help me reach my target, which will provide sight restoring surgery for 100 people.
