We support the Wessex Neurological Centre to enhance the quality of patient care

Story

I’m running the Brighton Marathon for Smile4Wessex on the 7th of April!

This is the charity that supports the Wessex Neurological centre, which is the department of Southampton Hospital that did a phenomenal job of treating my sister, Holly, after her brain haemorrhage in 2015. Me and my family are forever grateful to them, so it is with great pride I can try and raise money to give something back.

The charity aims to make the WNC even better by funding state-of-the-art equipment and facilities that enhance the range and quality of treatment available, and by sponsoring pioneering research into new treatments for a variety of neurological conditions.

Please be aware they are expecting strong headwinds on this particular day in april in Brighton so any time i post will be entirely due to that and not my famously poor athletic ability x
