Story

!!!NEW DATE!!! Due to a Health & Safety issue the venue had to rearrange the asbeil, this has now been rescheduled to Saturday 2nd September 2023.

The Bodie Hodges Foundation is a local Leicestershire based charity that supports families who have been bereaved of a child. The charity was established in 2013 by Nick and Donna Hodges after the death of their ten-month-old son Bodie. They wanted to offer support to other bereaved families as their experience highlighted how isolating losing a child was.

The charity has now become well-regarded regionally for its sensitive, effective professional bereavement services and support groups to adults and children in their darkest hour of grief.

I have personally supported the charity for the past year with my design services via The Design Gent and want to continue supporting them anyway I can, so why not abseiling down the worlds tallest abseiling tower!!

As someone who can't walk over a glass floor, walk down a pier or even think about what I'm doing without getting sweaty palms, this will be a huge challenge for me so all your support will be appreciated!
