Our daughter Willow was diagnosed with JMML (leukemia) at 11 months old, September 2nd 2024 is the 5 yr anniversary of her day zero. Its a milestone year for Willow on her journey!

Willow will be 6yrs old just before the London 100(miles) and would not be here today without a successful bone marrow transplant (her day zero).

Charities like Anthony Nolan, DKMS and many others - really do change lives. We also want to specially mention Great Ormond Street hospital, where we spent time with incredible doctors and nurses.

Karen & I could never have anticipated the journey we have been on with Willow.

While the route is not Alp D'Huez its raising awareness that counts!

Karen set this page up to give other families hope. Back in 2019 we had no points of reference, no way of knowing what life may be like for our little girl.
