Story
So I was unfortunate to come face to face with mens suicide in December of 2023 and it's really brought to life that some people feel like they have no hope, nowhere to turn and the world is better off without them. We hear all the time about the rates of male suicide that perhaps we've become too detached from what is actually happening.
If we can save just one person and give them a reason to carry on living then surely it's worth doing.
Whatever you can donate would be hugely helpful and the process couldn't be easier. Read a little more about the charity I'm supporting below... If you can or can't donate please reach out and check in with your mates! That's one conversation could be the difference.
Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this by offering life saving services, provoking conversation and bringing people together to reject living miserably.
