I am beyond ecstatic to have been selected as an ambassador for Free to Run. I love running and exploring the outdoors through movement, and as a white male living in Canada, I am extremely privileged to be able to run when and where I please while exploring the world on two feet. I realize that not everybody in this world (especially women) have the same opportunities and I love that Free to Run is using running to empower women in areas affected by conflict! Please help me help them achieve their goals this year while I train and race over different distances this coming year.
