On Wednesday 25th September I will be cycling from London to Paris in memory of my friend Rob's Dad, John Cater.

I want to raise at least £2000 for Cardiomyopathy UK. John sadly lost his 32yr battle with obstructive Cardiomyopathy on the 8th April 2024.

This 300 mile, 4 day ride will push me to my limits but will all be worth it for this fantastic charity. Please give generously as exercise is not my forte!
