Since having back problems, I have been doing more swimming and I am now tackling a Solent Swim from Stokes Bay on the mainland across to Ryde on the Isle of Wight. Funds raised will go to Aspire, a UK charity which helps people paralysed by Spinal Cord Injury, supporting them from injury to independence
