Story
Hi guys!
I’m taking on a challenge to raise money for SAMH, the Scottish Action for Mental Health charity. Starting the 12th of December I will be running 10km every day for 30 days straight, totalling to 300km in the month.
On average 2 people in Scotland commit suicide every day & 1 out 4 people have struggled with their mental health. It’s a huge statistic for a country with such a small population like ours. I’ve had my own struggles with mental health & anxiety so I understand how difficult it can be, that’s why people at SAMH are an incredible organisation that do so much good work.
I’m trying to raise as much money as I can with the goal of £3,000 (for 300km).
Any donations are really appreciated thank you!
