Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.

I’m jumping from 15K in the air with Si for Alzheimer’s Society in September in honour of my Grandad (who was essentially my father figure in life) as he sadly passed away in April. He was living with the horrible disease and I have seen firsthand not only how it affects the person but also the family around them so I really want to help them in their quest for a cure and supporting families.
