We will be running the 2025 London Marathon on the 27th of April to raise money for Marie Curie in memory of our Dad, Aly.

Dad sadly passed away earlier this year after being diagnosed with terminal cancer. Marie Curie played an important part in supporting both him and our family.

Marie Curie is a charity that provides vital palliative care including support for those with terminal illnesses, nursing, and support for families. They rely heavily on donations and fundraising to provide the best possible support to those in their care.

Although he played rugby right up till his diagnosis, Dad loved running to keep fit and, even after his diagnosis, ran the Edinburgh half Marathon in May 2023. He also lived in London for several years, so we think this is a fitting way to fundraise for a great charity in his memory.

Any donations however small would be greatly appreciated and will motivate our training through the winter months!
