This year Acorn by Synergie is supporting the ‘When You Wish Upon a Star’ which supports families all over the UK that have children with life threatening or life limiting conditions. The charity empowers them to choose a wish that’s unique to them when so much else has been decided for them because of their health needs.

When life as they know it is turned upside-down we step in and offer the Wish. Each Wish is individual and we through consultation with the child and the hospital we explore the options and make the magic some children want a princess party, some want technology, a family holiday to Disneyland others want to be a policeman or fireman for day.

A Wish is an opportunity to make magical memories, to step away from the treatment for a moment have something special to look forward too. We believe every child deserves to smile and with your help we can make that happen.
