Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge - 24 miles in under 12 hours , 21 June 2024

Story

When you or your loved ones need emergency medical care it can be a very scary time for all. Strange surroundings, noises, people and equipment can affect how patients cope with a visit to hospital and how they feel about it once they go home.

We are currently undergoing a refurbishment and would like to be able to provide something a bit special for the patients to help improve their experience whilst in the department.

The Macclesfield A&E team is embarking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks walk. This is 24 miles in under 12 hours, on June 21st, 2024, to raise funds for this cause. Our goal is to reach £1,500 to make a meaningful difference in the experience of those in need. Join us in making a positive impact today.
