We raise funds to provide therapy to improve mental health

Story

Jewish Action for Mental Health is a tiny charity with a big impact. What started out as an urgent call to prevent suicide in our community, has gone on to help hundreds of people through funded one to one therapy, mental health workshops in schools, suicide awareness for community leaders and peer support training so we can all learn to help each other in the best way possible. After October 7th there has been a 30% rise in demand for their services, and a specialist trauma unit which can be accessed by anyone in the country. These issues are very important to me and I'm sure they are to you too. Come along to Heaton Park to cheer me on but more importantly, help me help more people in mental crisis today! Give as much as you can so I can smash my £500 goal 💪🏼
