This is Abi’s first marathon, in her 21st year, and our first marathon together, in my 50th year! We are running to raise money in the memory of my amazing Mum (and Abi’s incredible Grandma) who was fortunate enough to spend her precious final 3 days at PBL - a special place where we can (and do) still visit to remember her ♥️

The Priscilla Bacon Hospice Charity is committed to enhancing the experience of patients and their loved ones by supplementing the core services funded and delivered by the NHS at Priscilla Bacon Lodge.

They are fundraising to provide a comprehensive bereavement service, specialist equipment, enhanced catering, patient and family transport, and to maintain the beautiful gardens. They will also support research, education and training to improve care at the new Priscilla Bacon Lodge, across Norfolk, and beyond.

We have both secured and paid for our own entries to Brighton and so therefore are not required to raise money to run - however this is an opportunity we did not want to pass by and know that Abi’s Grandma would be super proud of her wanting to give something back in this special way by 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🏃🏼‍♀️ for £
