I’m raising money for the Girl Scouts! If you know me, you probably know how impactful the Girl Scout experience has been. From the time I was in elementary school through high school, I was involved in the Girl Scouts. Starting out as a Brownie all the way to an adult volunteer at camp!

This organization gave me so much and I am excited to give back! It gave me the chance to meet girls my age who lived totally different lives, expanding my world views. Girl Scouts gave me strong female role models to look to in my leaders, volunteers, and directors of the program! Through earning badges and activities scouts taught me life skills in survival, home economics, as well as budgeting and trip planning.

I'm inspired by the work of Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana and wanted to support them by raising money as I train for the 2024 Bank of America Chicago Marathon.

This chapter of the Girl Scouts reaches thousands of young girls in the greater Chicago area, providing the opportunity to experience some of the same things that helped shape me into the woman I am today!
