Story

Hi everyone,

I will be taking part in London's Half Marathon in April 2024 and also doing a skydive for the brilliant charity Slide Away.

Slide Away is a small Kent-based charity which offers support to children and young people who have been bereaved of a family member, friend, or who have a parent or sibling with a life-limiting illness.

Every year, Slide Away supports more than 250 children and young people and their families. The impact of a loved one's death can be devastating for a child, but with timely, evidence-based support, we know they can flourish, reach their full potential and lead a full life.

I believe that every child should have the right support when going through something so heart breaking. With Slide Away they have the opportunity to have that.

I would be so grateful for any amount raised, big or small, it all makes a difference. Every single donation will go towards this worthy charity.

Thank you for your support!

Abbie
